Pinnacle Hoops

The idea of Pinnacle Hoops began cultivating in my mind as a college player. I had always been one of the smaller players on the court, and wasn’t nearly as athletic as most of my competition. But I loved to play, and I loved to train. I had a passion for developing my game that most players didn’t. I soaked up knowledge from every coach and player I met, and worked hard in my off-seasons to become the best player I could. I loved the process, so setbacks like limited playing time, injuries, etc. didn’t deter me from my ultimate goal of reaching my personal potential.

After I became a pro, the competition level increased ten-fold. Every player was bigger, stronger, faster, and more skilled than opponents I faced in college. This forced me to continue to fine-tune my workouts to find craftier ways to score and distribute the ball at the highest level.

In the summers during my off-seasons at home, parents began asking me to work with their sons and daughters to help them reach their basketball goals. Thus began Pinnacle Hoops, my training organization that is dedicated to building confidence in young athletes and pushing them to perform at their highest level each time they step on the court. My focus is to build a player’s skill foundation and increase their basketball knowledge first and foremost which ultimately leads to successful competitors on and off the court. I have been training players for over a decade now working with both boys and girls from 3rd grade up to the professional level. I truly believe in the power of basketball to transform the individual into their best possible selves!!
